“An Analytics Based Problem Management System”
Presented by Steve Mazzuca – IBM Corporation
A Quality Management System can be defined as a set of processes that are implemented in order to meet Customer Requirements and ultimately to improve Customer Satisfaction. Quality Management has evolved over time from a simple pass or fail evaluation process to one that utilizes analytics in order to drive Continual Improvement. This module provides an overview of how this was done for an actual customer and how the tools, techniques and associated processes can be integrated in order to have a large impact in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Steve Mazzuca is a Principal Data Scientist with IBM. He has a technical background that combines hands-on experience and knowledge of data analysis, quality management, process improvement and Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques which he uses to drive continual improvement into IBM account management. He is recognized as a leader who is able to work with diverse, global teams to drive improved quality of delivery in a measurable and sustainable fashion.
