It advances the professional development, credentials, and advocacy on behalf of its more than 85,000 members worldwide. As a champion of the quality movement, ASQ members are driven by a sense of responsibility to enrich their lives, to improve their workplaces and communities, and to make the world a better place by applying quality tools, techniques, and systems.
The Binghamton section was started in 1947… just one year after the National ASQ organization was formed. At the local level we promote ourselves as champions of quality in business, education, healthcare, service, and government. We work to continually improve many aspects of our daily lives through the application of quality improvement activities.
In 2017, we will be celebrating 75 years of service to the Southern Tier of New York. We hope you will join us throughout 2017 as we celebrate the evolution of the quality movement in local businesses.
