The tenth annual ASQ CNY Fall Conference was held on Saturday November 4, 2017 at the Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, NY. The theme of the conference was “Improving Organizations Through People and Processes.” Attendees represented ASQ sections from Corning-Elmire, Syracuse, Utica, and Binghamton, New York. Also in attendance were representative from the Mohawk area and leaders from the North East Quality Council.
In keeping with the goal of providing practical knowledge; presentations by experienced quality professionals included topics related to the value of difference to enhance inclusion and collaboration, using inherent-achieved-operational availability performance measures, managing design and change, and understanding the new ASQ Certified Supplier Quality Professional program.
